NJASC Board of Trustees

Under the Bylaws of Incorporation, the Board of Trustees is the corporate governing body of NJASC. According to the Bylaws, the Trustees must include the following representation:

  • The Executive Director(s)
  • At least half of the voting trustees must be current or retired Advisors
  • At least two of the voting trustees must be past State Officers
  • The current student Vice President, as an ex-officio non-voting member
